Shipping is always free for our customers located in Continental USA or Canada. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. For International customers please contact Customer Service to obtain a shipping quote.
Canada – Shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service
For orders within Canada, we use Canada Post's Expedited Parcel Service, with an estimated delivery time of 4 days, subject to the delivery location. Tracking and delivery confirmation are provided by Canada Post, and you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and a link to the Canada Post tracking page after your order is shipped. We are committed to carbon-neutral shipping, and Canada Post, our shipping partner, actively works to reduce emissions and collaborates with accredited carbon offset providers to support projects that mitigate the environmental impact of shipping your packages.
USA – Tracked Packet - USA
For orders to the USA, we use the Tracked Packet - USA service, with a projected arrival date of 4-7 business days. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once your order leaves our establishment, it is managed by a third-party carrier. Due to circumstances beyond our control, Kongamato Fight Wear Co. cannot be held responsible for packages after they have left our premises. In the event of a delayed, lost, or stolen package, we will make every effort to help you locate it. You can track your package via our online tracking system or contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided upon order confirmation. For any questions regarding the status of a package with a tracking number, please direct your inquiries to the shipping company. If the carrier confirms delivery and you were not available to receive your package and it gets stolen, Kongamato Fight Wear Co. cannot accept responsibility. By placing an order, you agree to these shipping terms.
